So very, very sore.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh........hard day at the gym last night!  My arms are killing me, and my legs feel like dead weight. I am proud of myself, though, I added extra weight (up to 70lbs now on the lat pull down, and 120lbs on the leg press[I think I could do more but don't want to kill myself], and 40lbs on the leg extension) and got through all the reps with the right amount of fatigue.

I'm up two pounds this morning, and not sure how I should feel. It could be water weight (close to that time) or muscle weight. We'll see if things even out next week.

Hello. Again

This is my third time starting a blog...maybe this time it will stick.

A little about me----I'm in my mid-thirties, taken but not married, and a born and bred Jersey girl (minus a year and a half in Minnesota). I'm a BBW (God, I hate that term, there are some ugly fat chicks) who is working on dropping the first 'B'. I love, in no particular order: makeup, ladybugs, shoes, cheese, chocolate, jewelry, sports.....

What will you see here? My thoughts on (and occasional pictures of) food, weight loss/strength building. makeup and haircare (newly natural here), and whatever else crosses my mind and pours out my fingertips.
